Love these pillowsUPDATE: I've revised my review to 5 stars because the customer service was really amazing and sent me a new pillow that was in perfect condition. As I've been using this pillow for a while now, I must say it is extremely soft and one of the best things about this pillow is how it retains puffiness. And it is so puffy which I love! Would recommend this pillow to anyone and am very impressed by the customer service.---This pillow comes very tightly packed and rolled up which didn't bother me. After you take it out and fluff it out a bit, the pillow looks a bit deformed, but nothing terrible. What did bother me was that upon closer inspection, the pillow had small holes in it (see pictures). The pillow is really soft and I've since put a pillow cover on it so I don't see the holes anymore. Would have given it five stars if it didn't arrive torn..My husband bought these because he realized he may be allergic to our down pillows. They are so comfortable I want to steal them!!!! I'll definitely be purchasing more to replace all our down one's. Fit perfect in our king pillow cases.This is definitely a bargain. I purchased it for well under 15 dollars and the pillow performs comparably to ones which I have used at triple the price. However, it took well over a month to ship to my location. So, if you can afford to wait around for a while, this is a solid option, but if you need a pillow quickly, you will be disappointed.Could be a little firmer but overall, very comfy. Very happy with the purchase. I wouldn’t suggest it for anyone who prefers a firmer pillow over a more soft cushy pillow that’s easy to sink into.Literally the softest most comfortable pillow I ever encountered! I went back and ordered 6 more and even sent my mom a set! Told everyone about them. They are amazing.This is such a nice pillow! It’s firm but still pliable which is great for a throw pillow. Extremely comfortable as well. We ordered the 12x20 for a 12x18 case and it filled it nicely as you can see in the picture. My toddler was also very keen to it and kept going over to it and cuddling into it. In fact, she likes it so much without the case, I think I will be buying another for her to use as her first pillow.These are fine if you like a soft pillow. We bought them for a guest room that doesn't get used much. Guests who've used them didn't have any complaints. You can probably get as good or better from Costco for a little less. And the advantage there would be that they're not smashed into small packages like these were. It seemed to make them just a little bit lumpy.the order said 2 pillows i only received one pillow.bad deal for me
