Insanely soft and squishy and cute! It's perfect for a children's pillow. The color-changing lights inside have a nice, calm transition between shades.The only thing that I wasn't completely satisfied with, is that the strength of the lights is a bit bright to look at while in a dark room, especially for an infant or small child.Problem solved! I put the pillow into a white pillowcase and tucked the loose edges of the pillowcase behind the pillow so that it was pulled taught and flat in front. It still was star shaped, and the light and color still shone through just fine, but without too much brightness.
